This contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is between OODesigns and the Clients.

Product Order

• A setup fee will be charged up front for designing and samples of $30.00. The fee is nonrefundable.
• No designing fee will be charged if you have your designs, but a sample fee will be charged once I transfer your designs to my domain.

 

OODesigns:

• Will deliver the product order upon request of the client. For rush orders, an additional charge of $25 will be applied.

 

Payment:

• Once the order is received, a contract will be sent from OODesigns with the client order, pricing, and contact information to be signed and returned to OODesigns.
• The client hereby agrees to pay OODesigns the amount due for the product and service performed.
• OODesigns will supply an invoice at the time of payment. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The client may cancel an order before printing begins. If the client does not notify OODesigns before printing begins, the client will be charged

for items printed.
