This contract(hereinafter to as the "Contract") is between OODesigns and Clients.

Product Order

• Setup fee will be charge up front for designing and samples of $30.00. Fee is nonrefundable.
• No designing fee will be charge if you have your own designs, but a sample fee will be charge once I transfer you designs into my domain.

 

OODesigns:

• Will deliver the product order upon request of the client, for rush order an added charge of $25 dollars will charge.

 

Payment:

• Once order is received, contract will be sent from OODesigns  with client order, pricing and contact information to be signed and returned to OODesigns.
• The clients hereby agrees to pay the OODesigns an amount due for product and service performed.
• OODesigns  will supply an invoice at the time of payment. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The client may cancel an order before printing begin, if client do not notify OODesigns before printing begin, the client will be charged

for items printed.
